When Neuman-Goretti travels down the street to Southern H.S. on Friday night to take on York Catholic at 6:00 PM, you can expect one thing for certain:  High energy!!!  Whether inserted in the starting line-up or as one of the best 6th men in Pennsylvania, Chris Ings brings it every night.  Ings is an athletic, high-octane 6-1  combo guard with a killer instinct.  His passion for the game is endless.  This kid is a relentless competitor with the flair for the big game heroics.  He can impact a contest at either end of the floor.   Need him to set the table for Kentucky bound Quade Green, he can do that… When Coach Arrigale needs him to score it in bunches he can do that… need a stop, a rebound, take a charge– he gets that as well.  Coaches can’t always describe it… They call it “IT”  Ings has “IT.”  He has a lot of “IT.”   Expect his stock to skyrocket during this 4 game march toward HersheyPark’s Giant Center and over the summer in the Nike EYBL with Jimmy Salmon’s Playaz .
